Internship · Spring 2027
Executive Shepherd Intern
15–20 hrs/week · January–June · Durham, in person · Sundays required
Serve beside Pastor Ezekiel Taylor in shepherding people, running Sundays and building systems. For BA and MA ministry students with an entrepreneurial spirit. The path to Krino’s Executive Shepherd role.
Internship · Spring 2027
Community & Partnerships Intern
10–15 hrs/week · January–May · Durham, in person · 2 Sundays a month
Run Sunday Dinner, scout Krino Local sites and build our network of Durham partners. For students who love this city and aren’t afraid of a cold call.

Weekly mentoring
A standing 1:1 with Pastor Zeek, a shared reading plan and room to teach.
How hiring works
- Apply online. It takes about 30 minutes.
- First conversation. A 30-minute video call, late November to early December.
- Visit Krino. Join a gathering, meet the team, and have a final interview, December 6–13.
- Offer. Decisions go out by December 18, 2026.
